Blackcreek have been carving out a reputation as one of South East Queensland's finest rock bands. They came to life in 2016, drawing from the members’ shared love for all things "Bluesy, Groovy, Rockin' & Juicy".

Their self-published debut EP 'Bad Attitude' was well received locally and abroad. It’s been described as a mix of swampy blues-rock blended with modern blues and classic rock.

In addition to 2019's release of a full length raw live album, the band has also delivered a 7-track live demo "The Lllama Sessions", 5 singles and of course numerous gigs – from their own headline shows to support for interstate touring artists to major fundraisers
such as BlazeAid and Rock Beats Depression.

Collectively the band has gigged parts of Australia, the UK and the US. From cozy little dives to large open air concerts and festivals,

the guys have delivered the goods time and time again.

Sunday Lemonade would LOVE to perform at Bony Mountain!

A little bit about us....

After spontaneously quitting their jobs and packing everything into a van in 2019, ray-of-sunshine duo 'Sunday Lemonade' covered over 70, 000kms (so far) spreading their infectious joy, laughter and feel-good melodies with ears all across Australia.

The pair put all their energy into organising nation wide tours to iconic venues such as Hotel Brunswick, The Northern & Solbar, featuring on festival line ups such as Nannup Music Festival (WA) where they took out the Industry voted ‘Emerging Artist’ 2020
Award and even squeezing in time to gather crowds busking the cheery Byron Bay streets! But wait, there's more... Tyson & Laura also released two limited edition 4-track, self-recorded, eco-concious live demo CD's, all within the first 18 months as a band!

Although 2020 had other plans for the world, independent artists 'Sunday Lemonade' show no signs of slowing down! They have been using time off the road to organise & host 'Stream Culture' a non-stop 5 hour online festival, performing at their own live streaming
events and of course further developing their sound - all stemming from a chopping board and delicious vocal harmonies.

'Sunday Lemonade' are determined to make a big, zesty splash further into the music scene with the drop of another live demo due out prior to an awaited debut single release planned for 2021.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hugh Fuchsen

Hugh F - whose stage name he recently abbreviated from his birth name Hugh Fuchsen due to people’s struggle with it’s pronunciation (Foxen) - was raised up in the Australian community of Yackandandah. His very first singing lessons literally consisted
of mimicking the yodel of livestock that would frequently bellow at night. “My mother encouraged me to get into classical piano and singing as a child. I started to play the guitar at 14 as my older brother and friends were all playing rock music," Hugh says.

His migration towards the big smoke of Melbourne was to follow in the footsteps of his older brother, who being a rock and roll drummer and sound engineer also played the part of a musical mentor. It didn’t take long for Hugh to graft himself onto the inner
city music scene and start writing his own songs and performing live.

The Avalon swing performers live and play amongst the gyspy swing musicians of South East Queensland. There, that musical world is filled with entrancing melodies. Take heed as Avalon Swing pass themselves off as Gentry and have been known to say "We are
an art deco inspired celebration of acoustic swing music. We bring a bit of Gatsby, a sprinkle of french cafe and a dash of bohemian gypsy"

Although known to perform instrumental guitar pieces from Django Reinhardt’s 1939 play list, the American songbook, and the great standards from the swing dance era caution should be exercised at all time around these musicians as it's all a front to lift the
your spirit, while distracting with a brilliant vibe.

Avalon Swing hold true to the old gyspy values of ………. be a master of Impeccable swing.

Quietly but quickly pass the warning .......... The Gyspies will arrive Avalon Swing are coming.
